The center provides services such as building permits, utility connection requests, and land contracts, handling an average of 250 transactions per day.
The head of the Obour City Authority clarified that the Water Accounts Department receives requests through the Citizen Services Department, where required documents and fees are specified by the assigned employee. Procedures are completed through 10 service windows, offering distinguished customer service. The department handles around 200 requests daily, with key transactions including requests for the installation of sub-meters, recharging of prepaid meters, issuing replacement cards, property ownership transfers, and the installation of main water meters.
