Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, held a meeting with a group of real estate developers and active entities in the Northwestern North Coast region to discuss cooperation opportunities and monitor development progress in the area.
The minister emphasized that this meeting comes within the framework of the state’s commitment to developing the Northwestern North Coast. He highlighted the importance of achieving integration among the ongoing projects and noted that the Ministry of Housing has a comprehensive vision for the full development of the region.
Minister El-Sherbiny stressed the significance of focusing on the hospitality component within the targeted development projects, given the high demand the region has recently witnessed and the increasing number of tourists. This, he stated, supports the state’s efforts to boost the number of hotel rooms along the Northwestern North Coast.
During the meeting, a range of ideas and proposals were reviewed to maximize the utilization of available land and ensure coordination between projects and development zones in the area. The minister instructed that efforts be made to work closely with the relevant companies to overcome any obstacles they may face during project implementation.
For their part, the major developers expressed their appreciation to the Minister of Housing for the forward-thinking vision adopted by the ministry in developing the North Coast region.
