Engineer Alaa Abdallah, Head of the 10th of Ramadan City Development Authority, announced offering 11 commercial shops and a pharmacy with areas ranging between 15m² and 45m² in the commercial market at Plot 39 in Andalus District. Additionally, 17 stalls with areas ranging between 20m² and 21m² in the market stalls area at the Second District Center are up for sale through a public auction session on Tuesday, April 22, 2025.
In the same context, Engineer Alaa Abdallah Mostafa followed up on the progress of service and development projects in Narges District. He indicated that the construction of the basic education school at Plot 17 has reached an intermediate stage, while the nursery at Plot 13 is 91% complete. The commercial market at Plot 19 has achieved significant progress, reaching 96% completion, while the health unit in Neighborhood 4 at Plot 14 is nearing completion with a 92% execution rate.
Engineer Alaa Abdallah Mostafa emphasized the Authority’s commitment to accelerating project implementation to the highest quality standards, which will enhance residents’ educational, healthcare, and commercial services.
He also stressed the importance of adhering to the specified timelines for project completion according to approved plans, ensuring that the intended goals are achieved within the designated timeframe.
Furthermore, he added that the development of infrastructure and services is part of a comprehensive plan to meet residents’ requirements and improve the urban environment in the 10th of Ramadan City, especially in light of the city’s ongoing urban expansion and increasing population growth.
