Shops, Restaurants, and a Sports Field for Sale through Public Auction

The Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities has announced that it will offer a selection of commercial shops, two restaurants, cafeterias, and a sports field under a usufruct system in New Damietta and Obour. This initiative is part of the ministry’s efforts to improve commercial and service activities in new urban areas.

Shops, Restaurants, and a Sports Field for Sale through Public Auction

Through this offering, the ministry aims to support the development of new cities and boost investment projects. The goal is to provide exceptional investment opportunities that improve citizens’ services and strengthen economic activity.

As part of the housing auctions in New Damietta, Engineer Ashraf Fathy, Head of the New Damietta City Development Authority, announced the offering of eight commercial shops, two restaurants, and cafeterias in the eastern and western bus stations. These spaces range from 13 m² to 28 m² and will be available under an annual usufruct license for three years. The public auction is scheduled for Sunday, May 11, 2025.

Meanwhile, Engineer Ahmed Rashad, Head of the Obour City Development Authority, announced the offering of a 1,500-square-meter five-a-side football field in the First District, Locality 5. This will be available under a seven-year usufruct license through a public auction on Wednesday, April 9, 2025.
