Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, announced the completion of electricity cable installations for the buildings of the “Housing for All Egyptians” project – Middle-Income Segment in New Beni Suef City. The electricity supply has been activated in the buildings in preparation for handing over the units to the applicants and lighting the general site’s streetlights.
In a statement on Saturday, the Housing Minister pointed out that the construction of 84 buildings, comprising 2,016 residential units for low-income citizens, has begun under the presidential initiative “Housing for All Egyptians” in New Beni Suef City. This comes as part of the state’s plan to provide suitable housing. He emphasized adherence to the project’s timeline, quality standards, and specified requirements.
In the same context, Engineer Ahmed Abdel Gaber, Head of the New Beni Suef City Authority, monitored the work related to the placement and compaction of replacement soil layers for the “Housing for All Egyptians” project – Low-Income Segment in the city. Additionally, preparations for pouring the plain concrete for the buildings are underway.
Abdel Gaber also supervised the rehabilitation and completion of infrastructure in the Fourth Residential District, including roads, water, sewage, electricity, and telecommunications. He stressed the importance of swiftly completing the ongoing work by the required quality standards and specifications set by the executing company.
