Minister of Housing Emphasizes the Importance of Financial Balance Between Revenues and Expenditures

The Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, held a meeting with Accountant Mohamed Ragai, Deputy Chairman of the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) for the Financial, Administrative, and Human Resources Sector, along with sector officials, to monitor work progress and development plans. Several ministry officials attended the meeting.

Minister of Housing Emphasizes the Importance of Financial Balance Between Revenues and Expenditures

At the beginning of the meeting, Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny stated that this gathering is part of a series of meetings he conducts with various sectors within NUCA to follow up on ongoing projects and work progress. He stressed the importance of the financial industry and the necessity of having a comprehensive vision to achieve an economic balance between revenues and expenditures. Additionally, he highlighted the need to manage and assess the assets owned by NUCA and the new city authorities to maximize their benefits while continuously monitoring financial inflows from various sources.

During the meeting, Accountant Mohamed Ragai reviewed NUCA’s financial status, explaining its current revenue and expenditure position. He also outlined the efforts to improve the sector’s performance over the past period.
