The Badr City Authority has completed the sale of several commercial shops and administrative units within residential projects through a public auction held for applicants. The highest price per square meter for shops measuring 32.5 m² reached approximately EGP 220,000, bringing the total value of a shop designated for supermarket activities to EGP 7.1 million.
The highest price per square meter was recorded for administrative units, at EGP 34,000, meaning the total value of an administrative unit reached EGP 1.02 million.
The public auction featured 17 administrative units ranging in size from 30 m² to 60 m² and three commercial shops, each with a medium space of 32.5 m². All units are located in the significant commercial market within the worker housing area of the first phase (376 buildings) in the eastern extension.
