For the first time, the Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities has introduced a virtual tour for Egyptian expatriates to explore the newly offered apartments under the “Your Home in Egypt” initiative.
Your Home in Egypt Initiative
The ministry offers over 5,000 housing units across approximately 12 different projects. Among these projects, units in the Latin Quarter of New Alamein City are available, with sizes ranging from 95 square meters to 250 square meters. The offering includes 414 fully finished residential units in the Latin Quarter, scheduled for delivery by the end of September.
The Latin Quarter Project
The “Latin Quarter” project spans approximately 400 acres, with part located in the beachfront area and another in the southern section. The project comprises six zones and features 65 residential complexes, totaling 207 buildings and 10,597 housing units.
