The New Urban Communities Authority, through the Al-Shorouk City Development Authority, has announced that March 1st has been set as the deadline for receiving regularization requests from individuals in the newly added areas who have not yet completed their paperwork.
Regularization of Expansion Lands
In an official statement, the authority clarified: “The Al-Shorouk City Authority informs clients who have submitted regularization requests in the newly added areas that applications requiring corrections will be announced. Applicants must attend in person to rectify the issues in their submissions. This process will begin in the first week of March 2025, following the lists published on the authority’s official page.”
The Al-Shorouk City Development Authority has announced the names of the 64th group on the list for regularizing lands in Al-Rabia, Tibiya, and Al-Salam Association, which were recently incorporated into the city’s urban boundary. The list includes 175 individuals who must visit the authority’s headquarters to complete the regularization process for their lands.
In a statement, the authority added: “As part of Al-Shorouk City’s ongoing announcements regarding the approval of mechanisms and regulations for dealing with landholders in the newly added areas, the regularization procedures will continue for those whose applications have been approved by the main committee.”
The statement further noted: “The authority is pleased to announce the names of the 64th batch, which includes 175 applicants. These individuals must visit the Real Estate Administration from Sunday, February 23, 2025, to Thursday, February 27, 2025. It is important to note that applications approved by the main committee will continue to be announced progressively.”
