Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, has announced the commencement of a new batch delivery for the Sakan Misr project in the Exhibition Land area, First Zone, in New Cairo. The delivery includes serial numbers (3 – 4 – 5) from the first phase and serial number 2 from subsequent phases. The handover will begin on Tuesday, February 25, 2025.
In this regard, Engineer Abdel Raouf El-Ghaiti, Head of the New Cairo City Development Authority, clarified that the delivery of units in Building 46 will take place on Tuesday, February 25, 2025, while units in Building 51 will be handed over on Wednesday, February 26, 2025, and those in Building 52 on Thursday, February 27, 2025. Additionally, units in Building 53 will be delivered on Sunday, March 2, 2025, followed by Building 54 on Monday, March 3, 2025, Building 55 on Tuesday, March 4, 2025, and Building 56 on Wednesday, March 5, 2025. Furthermore, units in Building 62 will be handed over on Thursday, March 6, 2025; those in Building 63 on Sunday, March 9, 2025; building 60 on Monday, March 10, 2025; and finally, units in Building 61 on Tuesday, March 11, 2025.
El-Ghaiti emphasized that all customers allocated residential units must first visit the Housing and Development Bank branch in Nasr City (2 Abbas El-Akkad Street) to complete the contracting procedures. After that, they should proceed to the city authority office in the city center behind the water station on South 90th Street, bringing the original bank letter and a copy of the signed checks. This step is necessary for data registration and obtaining an official site letter for unit inspection and handover.
