The project includes 2,103 units spread across four sectors, featuring diverse designs ranging from classic to modern, with unit sizes varying between 300 and 816 square meters. This initiative is part of the state’s plan to develop the city into an integrated residential and tourist destination.
The Minister of Housing also visited the first phase of the “Janna” project in New Mansoura City, which aims to provide high-quality residential units between 100 and 150 square meters. The project consists of 468 buildings, housing a total of 11,232 units distributed across several areas. It features modern amenities, including electric elevators and an intercom system, and is strategically located near essential services such as schools, universities, and commercial centers.
