- Monday, February 10, 2025: The Sakkan Misr draw in New Alamein and the premium housing draw in Damietta.
- Tuesday, February 11, 2025: The mid-range land draw in New Minya and New Qena.
- Sunday, February 16, 2025: The premium land will be drawn on the 10th of Ramadan City and New Aswan, and the land will be drawn in Badr City.
- Tuesday, February 18, 2025: The Rawdat Al-Obour draw, the premium housing draw in New Mansoura, and the most distinguished land plots draw in New Obour.

- Visit the official website of the New Urban Communities Authority at https://www.newcities.gov.eg.
- Click on the “Public Draw Results” option.
- Enter the applicant’s national ID number.
- Select the city or project for which you applied.
- Click on “View Result,” and the winner’s name will be displayed if they are among the selected applicants.
