Prime Minister Dr. Mostafa Madbouly inaugurated the handover of the “Magra El-Oyoun Arabesque Fustat” project in collaboration with Minister of Housing Eng. Sherif El-Sherbiny. The project is an initiative to transform the historic Magra El-Oyoun area in Cairo, aiming to revive Egypt’s cultural heritage, enhance infrastructure, and promote economic growth. The project includes constructing 79 modern buildings within the Magra El-Oyoun Wall, which dates back more than 800 years. Innovo seeks to preserve the site’s unique historical character through this initiative while improving living conditions and creating job opportunities. Madbouly expressed his enthusiasm for the project, which combines heritage preservation with future development.
Minister of Housing Sherif El-Sherbiny emphasized that the Magra El-Oyoun project represents a significant step in Egypt’s urban development, as it aims to integrate history with modern architectural values. Eng. Mona Abdel Salam, head of the project authority, highlighted the importance of revitalizing the historic area and supporting urban expansion. Sameh Saifin, General Manager of Innovo Construction, explained that the project blends authenticity with modernity, enhancing cultural identity and developing the quality of life within the community.

The company collaborated with local authorities and specialized engineers to maintain the site’s authenticity while incorporating modern amenities and sustainable practices.
