A Game-Changer for the Egyptian Real Estate Sector

Powered by the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), this platform represents a significant shift in the real estate sector. It is a centralized hub connecting key industry players, including real estate agents, developers, financial institutions, and government entities.

More than just a database, the platform aims to create an organized, centralized real estate market that enhances transaction efficiency and guarantees the credibility of property listings.

The platform showcases various real estate products, including apartments, villas, commercial and administrative properties, large-scale real estate projects, tourism, and hotel units—reflecting the remarkable diversity of the Egyptian real estate market.

Additionally, it strengthens collaboration between the government and the private sector, allowing real estate companies and developers to list their projects, thereby fostering a comprehensive digital marketplace that benefits all stakeholders.

Digital Transformation in Real Estate Marketing

With the world rapidly embracing digital expansion, technology has become the most effective tool in real estate marketing. This platform facilitates seamless communication between buyers and sellers and enhances transaction transparency, making property searches more reliable and efficient.

Minister of Housing: A Comprehensive Strategy for International Real Estate Marketing

He stated:

The Ministry of Housing is developing a comprehensive strategy to market Egyptian real estate internationally. This includes identifying target markets, cataloging available units, and listing them on a unified digital platform.

Ahmed El-Batrawy, Chairman of E-Systematic, expressed his excitement about the launch of the government real estate platform. He emphasized that it provides advanced digital solutions to regulate and organize the Egyptian real estate market after three years of continuous effort and determination.

He explained that the platform ensures verification of all real estate transactions and unifies property data, making it the only reliable source for real estate information.

El-Batrawy highlighted that the MLS system eliminates duplicate and fake listings, fostering trust between professionals and consumers while connecting the Egyptian real estate market to global markets.

Furthermore, he confirmed that the new system enables real estate professionals in Egypt to collaborate, share property listings, and access over 2 million real estate professionals in the U.S., Canada, Europe, and South America.

Boosting Foreign Investments and Cross-Border Transactions

El-Batrawy added:

“Thanks to this platform, investors will have access to accurate and up-to-date real estate data in Egypt, opening new doors for foreign investments and positioning Egypt as a key player in the global real estate market.”

The platform is designed to transfer data directly from the MLS system, ensuring that all listed properties are verified, accurate, and constantly updated.

Additionally, it builds consumer trust by eliminating fake listings and providing a secure and transparent experience for real estate transactions.
