Housing Ministry Announces New Offering in the New Administrative Capital

The New Administrative Capital Development Authority has announced that it will offer three nursery buildings in the Third Residential District, specifically in the “Sixth Neighborhood – Eighth Neighborhood – Second Neighborhood,” under an annual usufruct licensing system.

Regarding the building sizes, the authority clarified that the area of the Sixth Neighborhood building ranges from 94 m² to 970 m². In comparison, the Eighth Neighborhood building ranges from 36 m² to 1128 m², and the Second Neighborhood building ranges from 86 m² to 1125 m².

The authority also indicated that the buildings will be offered through a public auction on Thursday, February 27, under an annual usufruct licensing system for five years.

Delivery Dates for Premium and Most Premium Housing Plots

In a different context, Minister of Housing Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny announced the delivery schedule for premium and most premium housing plots in the western section of District 28 in the Tenth of Ramadan City, scheduled from February 16, 2025, to March 27, 2025.

Engineer Alaa Abdellah, Head of the Tenth of Ramadan City Development Authority, stated that the plot deliveries in the first area of District 28 will be as follows:

  • Plots 1 to 53: Sunday, February 16, 2025
  • Plots 54 to 105: Monday, February 17, 2025
  • Plots 106 to 157: Tuesday, February 18, 2025
  • Plots 158 to 220: Wednesday, February 19, 2025

The head of the authority further explained that the plot deliveries in the second area of District 28 will be according to the following schedule:

  • Plots 1 to 56: Thursday, February 20, 2025
  • Plots 57 to 111: Sunday, February 23, 2025
  • Plots 112 to 166: Monday, February 24, 2025
  • Plots 167 to 218: Tuesday, February 25, 2025
  • Plots 219 to 264: Wednesday, February 26, 2025

For the third area, the plots will be delivered as follows:

  • Plots 1 to 58: Thursday, February 27, 2025
  • Plots 59 to 113: Sunday, March 2, 2025
  • Plots 114 to 170: Monday, March 3, 2025
  • Plots 171 to 223: Tuesday, March 4, 2025
  • Plots 224 to 282: Wednesday, March 5, 2025
  • Plots 283 to 337: Thursday, March 6, 2025
  • Plots 338 to 293: Sunday, March 9, 2025
  • Plots 294 to 447: Monday, March 10, 2025
  • Plots 448 to 499: Tuesday, March 11, 2025
  • Plots 500 to 556: Wednesday, March 12, 2025
  • Plots 557 to 612: Thursday, March 13, 2025

Additionally, plot deliveries in the fourth area will proceed as follows:

  • Plots 1 to 55: Sunday, March 16, 2025
  • Plots 56 to 133: Monday, March 17, 2025
  • Plots 134 to 264: Tuesday, March 18, 2025

For the third area, the plots will be delivered as follows:

  • Plots 1 to 58: Thursday, February 27, 2025
  • Plots 59 to 113: Sunday, March 2, 2025
  • Plots 114 to 170: Monday, March 3, 2025
  • Plots 171 to 223: Tuesday, March 4, 2025
  • Plots 224 to 282: Wednesday, March 5, 2025
  • Plots 283 to 337: Thursday, March 6, 2025
  • Plots 338 to 293: Sunday, March 9, 2025
  • Plots 294 to 447: Monday, March 10, 2025
  • Plots 448 to 499: Tuesday, March 11, 2025
  • Plots 500 to 556: Wednesday, March 12, 2025
  • Plots 557 to 612: Thursday, March 13, 2025

Additionally, plot deliveries in the fourth area will proceed as follows:

As for the fifth area, deliveries will commence from plot 1 to plot 187.
