These projects include Janna, Dar Misr, Sakan Misr, Distinguished Housing, and Rawdat Al-Obour, for which applications were submitted through the “Maskan” online portal between October 27, 2024, and December 26, 2024.

Venue for the Public Draw
The draw will take place at the Covered Hall No. 1 of Cairo International Stadium, as announced by the Ministry of Housing.
Time and Attendance
The public draw will begin at 10:00 AM, and only applicants who have completed their reservation payments will be permitted to attend. A live broadcast of the event will also be available on the official website of the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA).
