Eng. Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, announced the schedule for the public manual draw to allocate residential units and small housing plots under the “Maskan” program.
- For housing units: Applications were received from October 27, 2024, to December 26, 2024.
- For small residential plots: Applications were accepted from November 7, 2024, to January 6, 2025.
- Draw dates: February 8–26, 2025, on designated days.
The minister emphasized the importance of smooth organization and praised the Urban Communities Authority’s real estate sector for efficiently processing applications and finalizing the draw schedule.

February 8, 2025 – Held at Indoor Hall 1, Cairo International Stadium, for:
- Sakan Misr units in New Cairo
- Medium-sized land plots in New Tiba
- Premium land plots in New Fayoum
February 9, 2025 – For:
- Sakan Misr, Dar Misr, and medium-sized plots in Hadayek October
- Sakan Misr units in New October
- Sakan Misr and premium land in El-Shorouk
February 10, 2025 – For:
- Sakan Misr units in New Alamein
- Sakan Misr, Janna, and distinguished housing in New Damietta
February 11, 2025 – For:
- Sakan Misr units and medium-sized plots in New Minya and New West Qena
February 16, 2025 – For:
- Premium land in 10th of Ramadan and New Aswan
- Medium-sized plots in Badr
February 17, 2025 – For:
- Dar Misr units in 10th of Ramadan
- Distinguished housing in Badr
- Medium-sized land plots in New Assiut
February 18, 2025 – For:
- Rawdat El-Obour units and premium land in El-Obour
- Distinguished housing in New Mansoura
February 19, 2025 – For:
- Sakan Misr units and premium land in New Nasser (West Assiut)
- Premium land in New Qena, New Sohag, New Akhmim, and New Mallawi
- Medium-sized land plots in New Beni Suef
February 20, 2025 – For:
- Premium land in Sadat City
February 24, 2025 – At Cairo International Stadium (Main Arena) for:
- Janna units and premium land in 6th of October
February 25, 2025 – For:
- Janna units in New Cairo
February 26, 2025 – For:
- Medium-sized land plots in New Borg El Arab
Attendance & Live Streaming
- The draw will start at 10:00 AM each day.
- Only applicants with valid payment receipts can attend.
- The draw will be broadcast live on the Urban Communities Authority’s website.
- Non-eligible applicants or those who violated booking conditions are excluded from the draw.
