Completion of Middle-Income Housing Units in 6th of October City

Engineer Mohamed Mustafa, Head of the 6th of October City Development Authority, confirmed that the Above-Medium Housing Towers in the “Housing for All Egyptians” project are well underway. The project includes the construction of 85 buildings containing 2,040 fully finished units, with an average area of 150 square meters per unit. Each unit consists of three bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and a walk-in closet.

During his visit, the minister also inspected a furnished model unit within the project for demonstration purposes.

Engineer Mustafa noted that each residential building is designed with a ground floor and five additional floors, each floor containing four units. Every building is equipped with an elevator for added convenience. The entire project is enclosed by a wire fence and an external tree-lined wall, with gates for security.

Additionally, Mustafa emphasized that a comprehensive service area would be integrated into the project, offering residents essential amenities such as markets, commercial shops, malls, nurseries, and recreational activities. These facilities aim to provide comfort and convenience, addressing the diverse needs of the residents.
