Engineers Syndicate Launches New Residential Units in 2024

The Engineers Syndicate has announced the launch of new residential apartments for 2024 within Paradise Compound in New Cairo. The units, ranging in size from 130 to 185 square meters, come with integrated facilities, including a social club and a shopping mall. Situated near the American University in Cairo, these apartments present an excellent opportunity for both residential living and investment.

Public Lottery and Booking Details

The public lottery for the units will take place on Saturday, December 14, 2024, at 1:00 PM at the Syndicate’s headquarters. Interested buyers must pay a booking deposit of EGP 200,000 to qualify for the lottery.

Flexible Payment Plans

To make ownership more accessible, the Syndicate offers flexible payment plans with terms of up to six years. Units can be handed over after a 15% down payment, along with a maintenance deposit and garage fees.

How to Obtain the Terms and Conditions Booklet

  • Availability: The booklet can be purchased from the Marketing Department at the Syndicate’s headquarters.
  • Price: EGP 1,500 (non-refundable).
  • Sales Period: From Tuesday, December 3, to the morning of Saturday, December 14, 2024.
