The operation led to the removal of 75 illegal water connections and the confiscation of five unauthorized water pumps. Legal measures were enforced, and violators were required to pay consumption fees based on established regulations.
- New Assiut: Engineer Yasser Abdullah Ramadan, Head of the New Assiut City Authority, oversaw inspections in 42 social housing buildings in Al-Hay Al-Thalith. Violations included unauthorized water connections, prompting the issuance of theft fines and water disconnections. Residents were urged to rectify violations promptly to avoid further penalties.
- New Nubariya: Engineer Ashraf El-Samaligi, Head of the New Nubariya City Authority, revealed that inspections uncovered residential plots using water without meters and a commercial facility with irregular meter installations. Strict actions were taken to ensure compliance and protect water resources.
