Housing Minister Conducts Surprise Visit to 6th of October City Authority

Engineer Sherif El-Sharbeni, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, made an unannounced visit this morning to the 6th of October City Authority. Accompanying him were Engineer Ahmed Abdelrazek, Supervisor of the Minister’s Office, and Accountant Abdelwahab Mosalli, Assistant Vice President of the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) for Real Estate and Commercial Affairs.

During the visit, the Minister inspected the operations at the city’s Citizen Service Technology Center, engaging with several residents to gather feedback on the quality of services provided. He also listened to citizens’ complaints and directed city officials to address them promptly in accordance with applicable regulations.

Minister El-Sharbeni issued several directives to enhance service delivery for both residents and investors. These include organizing citizen flow within the technology center, ensuring the presence of security personnel to manage access, increasing seating in waiting areas, and installing clear signage to guide visitors to various service sections within the facility.

This initiative reflects the Ministry of Housing’s commitment to improving the efficiency and accessibility of citizen services while fostering a culture of responsiveness and professionalism in urban development authorities.
