The Ministry of Housing in Egypt has opened registration for premium housing units available in three cities: Badr, New Mansoura, and New Damietta. In Badr City, the details of prices and payment plans for the units are as follows:
A total of 1,500 units, each measuring 90 square meters, are available in the Al-Sadat district of Badr. These units are fully finished and ready for immediate occupancy, priced at EGP 660,000 per apartment. To secure a unit, a deposit of EGP 100,000 is required.
Following the initial deposit, buyers are required to complete 20% of the unit’s price, meaning an additional payment of EGP 41,000. At the time of receiving the unit, an additional 10% payment of EGP 66,000 is due.
This initial 30% payment leaves 70% of the unit cost, amounting to EGP 461,000, to be paid in monthly installments over seven years. This translates to an approximate monthly payment of EGP 12,000.
