On Friday, November 1, the Urban Development Fund (UDF) announced a special phase of residential unit reservations due to high demand for its housing projects. The new phase, aimed at easing access for citizens, will be launched before the end of 2024, covering key locations in Cairo (Shubra and Al-Maasra), Kafr El-Sheikh, Sharqia, Menoufia, Fayoum, Qena, and Minya.
