Head of New Cairo Development Authority Inspects Residential and Infrastructure Projects Amid New Housing Reservation Launch

Eng. Abdel Raouf El-Ghaity, Head of the New Cairo Development Authority, inspected the “JANNA” and “Sakan Misr” residential compounds in Third Settlement, New Cairo, accompanied by officials from the authority and project teams. Following directives from Housing Minister Eng. Sherif El-Sherbiny, this visit aimed to ensure ongoing project quality and address community needs.

El-Ghaity emphasized the importance of maintaining cleanliness, landscaping, and site coordination for these projects and pledged continued engagement with residents to resolve any issues. He also announced the opening of reservations for the JANNA and Sakan Misr projects on October 27, offering a combined total of 1,109 units on the “Masaken” platform, with various apartment sizes available.

The inspection extended to infrastructure work in the Second Settlement and included a visit to Sewage Station 12, which will serve the Andalusia area in Third Settlement. El-Ghaity stressed the need for timely completion and attention to aesthetics, underscoring efforts to align with New Cairo’s urban character.
