Vice President of New Urban Communities Authority Inspects Key Infrastructure and Industrial Development Projects in 10th of Ramadan City

Amin Ghoneim, Vice President of the New Urban Communities Authority for Development and Urban Development, conducted an inspection tour today in 10th of Ramadan City. This visit was part of the ongoing directives from Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, to closely monitor the progress of projects in Egypt’s new cities.

Ghoneim was accompanied by engineers Ahmed Omran, Ahmed Ali, and Ahmed Shawky—assistants to the Vice President—and Haitham Hamadi, Deputy’s Assistant, alongside Alaa Abdel-Lah Mustafa, head of the 10th of Ramadan City Authority. The tour included a visit to the industrial area, where they reviewed ongoing infrastructure improvement projects, sanitation upgrades, and road enhancements.

The team also inspected the Industrial Lift Station No. 4 on the Cairo-Ismailia Road, assessing its development stages and ensuring the infrastructure meets the demands of the growing industrial zone. Additional site visits focused on environmental efforts, such as filling in unregulated ponds to enhance urban conditions and reduce pollution, as well as overseeing the construction of two new water tanks aimed at increasing storage capacity and securing a reliable water supply for the industrial area.

These projects reflect the commitment to elevating the quality of life and stimulating economic activity in the city while ensuring all developments align with the designated timelines.
