Eng. Amin Ghonaim, Vice President of the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) for Development and City Upgrading, recently conducted a field inspection of ongoing projects in 15th of May City. Accompanied by senior officials, including Eng. Kamal Bahgat, Eng. Ahmed Omran, Eng. Ahmed Ali, and Eng. Ahmed Shoukry, Assistant to the Minister of Housing, the tour followed directives from Housing Minister Sherif El-Sherbiny for regular oversight of new city projects.
The inspection focused on assessing the status of various developments to ensure they align with scheduled timelines. A key project reviewed was the efficiency upgrade of the city’s main wastewater treatment plant, where Ghonaim and the team evaluated the latest progress and implementation stages. The Ministry’s commitment to timely project completion underscores its goal of enhancing infrastructure and improving urban services in Egypt’s new cities.
