The Ministry of Housing announced the commencement of allocations and registration for transfers for the supplementary phase of Beit Al Watan’s tenth offering, starting today, Sunday, October 20, 2024, at 3:00 PM.
Conditions for Applying for Beit Al Watan Units:
The Ministry outlined the following conditions for applying:
- The price per square meter will be set in Egyptian pounds, but payment must be made in foreign currency (USD). Reservations and payments should be made via bank transfer from abroad in USD, or domestically, provided that the foreign currency has been in the bank accounts for at least 60 days before the reservation starts. Cash deposits in USD are prohibited according to the regulations of the Central Bank of Egypt.
- Applicants must hold Egyptian nationality.
- The minimum age for applicants is 21 years. However, minors can apply under the guardianship of one of their parents.
- Applicants must adhere to the real estate regulations of the New Urban Communities Authority and the guidelines in the brochure of terms and conditions.
Remaining installments for all categories will be subject to bank interest, and the dollar equivalent of each installment and its interest will be calculated based on the exchange rate on the due date.
The supplementary transfer period for reserving 1,760 units will begin on Wednesday, October 2, 2024, and last for five working days. Bank transfers must include the new reservation code.
This offering includes apartments in the projects Janna, Dar Misr, Sakan Misr, and Valley Towers, located in several new cities, including New Alamein, 6th of October, New Cairo, New Damietta, New Sadat, and New Minya.
