The minister highlighted that the Central Business District includes 20 towers, divided as follows: 10 towers designated for administrative, office, commercial, and service purposes; 5 residential towers; and 4 interconnected crescent-shaped towers, which will serve as a hotel, serviced apartments, and offer public services, entertainment, and commercial facilities. Additionally, the iconic tower, standing at approximately 400 meters, will be the tallest building in Africa and will feature a mix of hotel, commercial, and administrative spaces.
In New Alamein City, the Downtown Towers project includes five fully serviced residential towers. These include an iconic tower standing at 250 meters with 68 floors and a total area of 465,000 square meters. The remaining four towers are each 200 meters tall, with 56 floors and a combined area of 320,000 square meters. The towers will be surrounded by the Alamein Crystal Lagoons, complete with islands and a variety of entertainment and commercial activities, providing residents and visitors with world-class experiences. The project will also feature a tourist promenade, setting a new global benchmark for similar developments.
