The Ministry of Housing has announced the availability of recreational land plots for usufruct in 15 May City, with one plot measuring 635 square meters offered at a price of 360 EGP, and another plot measuring 774 square meters.
In addition, the New Sohag City Development Authority is conducting a public auction for commercial units. This includes 14 shops designated for fruit and vegetable activities, along with two refrigeration units. The sizes of these commercial spaces range from 65 square meters to 113 square meters and are located in the wholesale market of the fifth district in New Sohag City. The auction is scheduled to take place on October 21, 2024.
Interested parties can obtain the specifications and terms of the auction at the New Sohag City Authority’s headquarters. They can also inspect the properties in person during official working hours.
In a related development, Engineer Sherif El-Shorbagi, the Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, held a meeting to review the operations of the “Construction and Maintenance Services Company.” This meeting focused on the implementation of the presidential initiative “Housing for All Egyptians,” which targets both low- and middle-income housing across new cities and governorates. The meeting was attended by officials from the Ministry, the New Urban Communities Authority, the Social Housing Fund, and the Construction and Maintenance Services Company.
