Engineer Sherif El Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, has issued five decrees to remove building violations on residential plots in various areas of Beni Suef New City.
The decrees mandate the removal of violations on plot number 1016 in the third residential district, where rooms were illegally constructed on the roof of the property. Similar actions will be taken for plot number 369, located in the sixth residential sector of the “Ebni Betak 1” area, where a side ceiling on the ground floor was cast in violation of the approved architectural drawings and building permits.
Additionally, violations on plot number 758 in the third residential district will be addressed, involving an increase in the roof area. Similarly, on plot number 1 in the second district of the first residential sector, extra roof area was added without approval. Finally, plot number 15 in the sixth residential sector of the “Ebni Betak 1” area will also be subject to removal orders due to the casting of part of the side ceiling on both the ground and first floors, violating the architectural plans and permits.
The enforcement of these decisions will be carried out by the Beni Suef New City Authority, in cooperation with the Housing Police and the local police station.
