The New Urban Communities Authority, part of the Ministry of Housing, has unveiled details for a new land investment offering in Upper Egypt cities.
In New Nasser City, west of Assiut, the following plots will be available:
- An integrated urban activity land with an area of 37,387 square meters at a price of EGP 2,600 per square meter.
- A commercial and administrative land with an area of 1,501 square meters at a price of EGP 3,890 per square meter.
- A medical land with an area of 3,560 square meters at a price of EGP 2,535 per square meter.
Additionally, the Ministry of Housing has announced a new auction for commercial and service units for sale.
In New Cairo, 14 commercial shops and two pharmacies in the commercial market of both the “Janna” and “Dar Misr” (Al-Andalus Phase II) projects will be auctioned. The public auction is scheduled for Monday, September 16, 2024.
Interested parties can obtain the bidding documents from the New Cairo Development Authority office. Prospective bidders are also invited to visit and inspect the shops, pharmacies, and units during the office’s official working hours.
