- Medium Industrial Zone: Road development and upgrading efforts in this area have reached 70% completion.
- Seventh District “Social Housing Plots”: The installation of utilities is 94% complete.
- Eighth District “Social Housing Plots”: The utility installation progress has reached 84%.
- Tenth and Eleventh Districts “Premium Residential Plots”: The project is 65% complete.
- Thirteenth District: Utility installation has achieved 82% completion.

Eng. Abdel Gaber emphasized the importance of completing these projects according to the required specifications and quality standards. He urged contractors to accelerate their work to meet the project deadlines, ensuring the timely delivery of land plots to citizens.

The tour also included a review of the city’s main entrances, roads, green spaces, and public gardens. The focus was on maintaining the city’s appearance, including the continuous irrigation of plants, tree pruning, and regular cleaning of residential areas. Eng. Abdel Gaber stressed the need for daily garbage collection and the prompt removal of agricultural waste, aiming to enhance the overall services and preserve the city’s aesthetic and civilized appearance.
