Egypt’s Ministry of Housing Expands Mid-Income Housing Offerings in Valley Towers, October Gardens

The Egyptian Ministry of Housing, represented by the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA), continues to accept applications for mid-income housing units in the Valley Towers project, located in October Gardens. Following an increase in available units, the project now offers 2,406 ready-for-immediate-delivery units under the same terms as previously announced.

The Valley Towers units range in size from 95 to 101 square meters. Interested applicants can view the terms, payment methods, locations, sizes, and prices, as well as the application form, on the Masaken Housing website (www.reserve.newcities.gov.eg) until the deadline on August 29, 2024. Details about the public lottery date and location will be announced later.

Key Terms and Conditions for Mid-Income Housing Units

  1. The applicant must be a natural person of Egyptian nationality.
  2. The applicant must be at least 21 years old on the date of the offering.
  3. The applicant must have legal capacity to contract.
  4. Only one unit may be reserved per family (husband, wife, and minor children).
  5. Housing units are intended for residential use only, and any change in use will result in contract termination.
  6. Payment terms include a 150,000 EGP deposit, with the remaining balance payable in installments over 3, 5, or 7 years, subject to interest rates determined by the Central Bank of Egypt at the time of offering.

Applications must be submitted through the Masaken Housing website, following the detailed steps provided, including the submission of necessary documents and the payment of reservation fees.
