The decree specifies that the company must adhere to the boundaries and conditions outlined in the attached map and the contract signed on February 2, 2022. The company is also prohibited from marketing, selling, or advertising any project units without obtaining approval from the relevant authorities. Furthermore, the decree stipulates that service areas within the project should exclusively serve residents of the development, with no external access permitted unless the company pays the appropriate fee and receives necessary approvals.
