During the tour, the Head of the City Authority reviewed the status of implementation of social housing projects, noting that the development includes 209 residential buildings under the “Housing for All Egyptians” initiative for low-income citizens in Phase Six within the Ninth Residential District, in addition to 45 buildings in Phase Seven within the same district. This highlights the extensive efforts being made to provide suitable housing for low-income groups.

The tour also covered the “Diarna” project in the Third Residential District, comprising 14 medium-income residential buildings. The project serves as a comprehensive model for a modern residential community, offering a balanced living environment that combines comfort and security. It features contemporary architectural designs, high-quality finishes, landscaped green areas, integrated services, and a round-the-clock security system to ensure residents’ privacy and safety.

Additionally, the project benefits from a strategic location that offers easy access to major roads, commercial hubs, and educational institutions, making it an ideal option for families seeking an integrated lifestyle and a promising investment opportunity with long-term value.

During the visit, the deputy head of the authority stressed the importance of adhering fully to quality standards and occupational safety measures while accelerating construction rates and committing to established timelines to ensure the prompt completion of projects and the delivery of housing units that meet citizens’ expectations.

This tour is part of the New Urban Communities Authority’s broader plan to strengthen continuous field oversight and support new city administrations, contributing to faster project execution, achieving comprehensive urban development, and enhancing the level of services provided to citizens across various new cities.
