Eng. Sherif Al-Sharbini, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, continued his inspection tour of projects in New Alamein City. The tour included visits to the LD04 Towers within the beachside towers, the “Mazarin” Compound, and the Latin Quarter, accompanied by several ministry officials, the New Urban Communities Authority, and the Head of the New Alamein City Authority.
During the visit, the minister ascended one of the LD04 beachside towers to follow up on the ongoing construction stages, particularly finishing works and supply operations. He also reviewed a model of one of the units inside the tower.
This project is part of the luxury residential towers in New Alamein City and consists of three high-rise towers. During his visit, the minister emphasized speeding up the remaining works to ensure the project is delivered according to the scheduled timeline.

Next, he headed to the “Mazarin” Compound project, where he received a detailed briefing from Dr. Mohamed Khalafallah, Head of the New Alamein City Authority. Khalafallah explained that the project spans an area of 700 acres and includes approximately 7,956 units, ranging from villas and chalets to residential buildings, in addition to commercial shops.
The compound is located on the southern shore of the Alamein Lakes, with a direct view of the beachside towers, and is considered one of the prominent residential projects combining both living and investment opportunities.
The villa area of the project includes a total of 285 villas. During the tour, the minister monitored the progress of unit and villa deliveries by the executing companies and stressed the necessity of expediting site coordination, completing green areas, and operating the commercial shops.
The minister concluded his tour with a visit to the Latin Quarter to follow up on site coordination works and the implementation of green areas. He emphasized the removal of any debris and the completion of all works within the specified deadlines.
The Latin Quarter covers an area of 39,879 acres and contains six zones with 65 residential complexes totaling 10,597 units, in addition to green spaces, service areas, and car facilities. The project is distinguished by its strategic location in the city’s coastal area.
