Housing land plots hold great importance for a wide segment of citizens. Engineer Yasser Abdel Halim, Head of the 6th of October Gardens City Authority, announced the launch of diverse investment opportunities through the immediate allocation system during the current month of December via the Investor Services Portal, as part of efforts to support urban development and attract investments.
In line with the directives of Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, the offering includes plots designated for commercial and administrative activities to meet the increasing development needs of the city. Applications are open until December 15 through the same portal.
The offering includes Plot No. 31, with an area of 4,280 m² priced at 21,580 EGP per square meter, as well as Plot No. 54, with an area of 3,082 m² priced at 31,980 EGP per square meter. Building regulations stipulate that the construction ratio must not exceed 30%, with allowed heights of ground floor + 3 floors, and must comply with Civil Defense and Civil Aviation requirements. Any utilities that need relocation will be at the expense of the buyer, who must also provide designated parking spaces.
Buyers are required to pay 25% of the land’s total value in two stages (10% as a down payment and 15% within one month of approval). The remaining value is to be paid in six semi-annual installments, with interest applied according to the Central Bank of Egypt rate, in addition to 2% as per Ministry of Finance regulations and 0.5% administrative fees.
