Prime Minister Dr. Mostafa Madbouly stated that the government is working on establishing more than 10,000 new hotel rooms in the Pyramids area with the aim of boosting the tourism sector. His remarks came during a press conference held following the weekly Cabinet meeting.
Regarding the development of Islamic and historical areas in Cairo, Madbouly noted that this file is considered one of the state’s top priorities. Efforts focus on restoring historical monuments and preserving their original character in a way that achieves the desired benefit of attracting more tourism.
