Eng. Mahmoud Mourad, Head of the New Obour City Development Authority, announced the offering of 8 commercial shops, in addition to a restaurant and a pharmacy, with areas ranging between 14 square meters and 40 square meters in various locations across the city. These units will be sold through a public auction scheduled for Sunday, December 7, 2025.
In a related context, Eng. Mohamed El Ghamrawy, Head of the New Borg El Arab City Development Authority, stated that 14 commercial shops and a pharmacy have been offered with areas ranging between 23 square meters and 108 square meters.
Additionally, 20 craft workshops are available, with areas starting from 20 square meters up to 29 square meters. The auction session for the shops and pharmacy will be held on Tuesday, December 9, 2025, while the dedicated session for selling the workshops is set for Wednesday, December 24, 2025.
It is worth noting that the terms and conditions booklets for the shops, pharmacies, restaurants, and workshops are available at the headquarters of the New Obour and New Borg El Arab authorities.
