Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, announced that three public allocation draws will be held for citizens who have paid the down payments for status-adjusted lands in the Al-Qadisiyah (Km 48) and Al-Amal (formerly) areas in New Obour City.
These draws are scheduled across Monday and Tuesday, 8 and 9 December 2025, in accordance with the procedures approved by the Real Estate and Commercial Affairs Sector at the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA).
The Minister emphasized the importance of continuing efforts to regularize the status of citizens and entities located on lands newly added to several new cities. He also stressed the need for comprehensive planning for land-use development in these areas to ensure sustainable and integrated urban growth.

On his part, Engineer Ahmed Ali, Deputy Head of NUCA for Real Estate and Commercial Affairs, explained that the first manual public draw (No. 22) will take place on Monday, 8 December 2025, at the Authority’s headquarters.
This draw aims to allocate plots to clients who paid the required down payments for lands located in Al-Qadisiyah and Km 48 (formerly), within plot-size categories ranging from 209 square meters to 500 square meters, with full payment confirmation completed by Thursday, 13 November 2025.
Engineer Ahmed Ali added that the second draw (No. 23) will be held on Tuesday, 9 December 2025, covering the Al-Qadisiyah and Km 48 (formerly) areas, with plot sizes starting from 276 square meters up to 400 square meters.
The third draw (No. 24) will also take place on the same day at the Authority’s headquarters to allocate plots in the Al-Amal (formerly) area, with plot categories ranging between 350 square meters and 500 square meters.
The Deputy Head of the Authority noted that attending the draws requires citizens to register at the New Obour City Authority headquarters starting at 10:00 AM, with doors closing at 12:00 PM noon to complete the draw procedures at the scheduled times.
