Housing Ministry Approves Planning of 13 Feddans in New Cairo for an Integrated Urban Project

The Egyptian Gazette published a decree issued by the Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities under No. 39 of 2025, approving the amendment and planning of a land plot spanning 13.29 feddans in New Cairo. The purpose of the amendment is to establish a fully integrated urban development project. The decision appeared in Issue No. 270 dated December 1, 2025.

The first article of the decree states the approval of the amended planning of the aforementioned land plot in New Cairo for the establishment of an integrated urban project. The second article emphasizes that the company allocated the land is obligated not to offer the project’s units for reservation, sale, or promotion until approval is obtained from the authority, in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations.
