The General Authority for Cooperative Construction and Housing, affiliated with the Ministry of Housing, has announced that starting Monday, December 1, 2025, new residential units will be offered for reservation in a number of new cities.
The Authority confirmed the availability of 253 residential units in prime locations, with the reservation window open until December 25.

The Terms and Conditions booklet can be obtained for EGP 500 from the Authority’s main headquarters located at:
3 Samir Abdel Raouf Street – Makram Ebeid Extension – Nasr City,
or from the Suez branch at:
Faisal District – Delta Cooperatives – Building 7 – Apartment 4.
The Authority also stated that a public lottery will be held to allocate the units among applicants. The lottery will take place daily at 12 PM according to the schedule specified in the Terms booklet for each project. All sessions will be held at the Conference Hall of the Authority’s main headquarters.
As for the lottery of Al-Amal City buildings in Suez, it will be held at the branch in Suez.
Applicants who make full immediate payment for the unit price will have the privilege of choosing their unit directly before the lottery takes place.

In addition to apartments in the 10th of Ramadan City in areas (60 – 62 – 64), and in 15th of May City within Residential Group 31.
Units are also available in Suez Governorate within the buildings of the Al-Amal City Project.
