The Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities has announced the launch of the third phase of the “Your Home in Egypt” initiative for Egyptians working abroad. Applications are now open to reserve residential, commercial, and administrative units in several key cities. The new offering includes 892 units distributed across prime locations such as the New Administrative Capital, Maspero Triangle, New Cairo, El Shorouk, and 6th of October City.
The initiative aims to strengthen the connection between Egyptian expatriates and their homeland in line with the directives of the political leadership. It seeks to meet the needs of Egyptians abroad by providing premium units that adhere to the highest housing standards.
Applications are submitted electronically, with payment required in US dollars. In previous phases, the ministry offered 785 luxury housing units in the New Administrative Capital and coastal cities. The initiative now extends to four new cities: New Alamein, New Mansoura, Marina El Alamein, in addition to the New Administrative Capital.
The reservation steps are as follows:

Access the online platform and select the city, project, and preferred unit.

Download the application form, comply with the conditions, enter all required data and documents, then re-upload the completed form.

Register the application and activate it after selecting the payment method and attaching proof of payment before the deadline.

Choose the appropriate payment method according to the specified financial requirements.

Confirm that the selected payment method is final and cannot be modified.

Pay the reservation deposit using the specific code assigned to the unit within the designated timeframe.

Complete the payment via bank transfers or licensed exchange companies from outside Egypt.

Upload proof of payment on the website in an acceptable digital format.

A fee will be deducted if full payment or required procedures are not completed.

An electronic confirmation message will be sent once the final review of the application is completed.

Proceed with the final steps in coordination with the official responsible for the selected city.

Pay the remaining unit balance according to the approved financial terms.
