The authorities of October City, Borg El Arab, and New Nubariya are continuing their campaigns to prevent building violations, encroachments, and informal practices. This comes in line with the directives of Minister of Housing Eng. Sherif El-Sherbiny, emphasizing strict action against violations and reinforcing adherence to regulations to restore order and preserve the civilized character of the cities.
New October City carried out a campaign in the Zahraa New October area to remove encroachments that obstruct traffic and distort the general appearance. The campaign also activated the role of the judicial enforcement committee to address violations within social housing units. Meanwhile, in New Borg El Arab, encroachments on state-owned land in the Nagaa Abu Hedima area were removed smoothly and in coordination with the concerned departments.

In 6th of October City, an action plan was launched to restore traffic order. It included the removal of tuk-tuks, building violations, and street obstructions in the Ninth District. Citations were issued, and an evening campaign was conducted to target street vendors and unauthorized activities on main roads. New Nubariya City also intensified its campaigns to control street obstructions and violations in the First District.
City officials affirmed that these campaigns will continue with increased firmness and urged citizens to comply with laws to maintain order and preserve the city’s civilized image.
