Engineer Ahmed Rashad El-Sharif, Head of the Authority, directed the immediate removal of a building violation on plot No. 349 in the Al Narges 1 area, as part of the New Cairo City Development Authority’s ongoing efforts to combat construction violations and enforce discipline.
With the participation of the Deputy Head of the Authority for Fifth Settlement, the development supervising engineer, the Head’s assistant, the Director of Development and Security of Fifth Settlement, and the removal committee, an illegal wooden formwork was dismantled. The violation involved expanding rooftop rooms for the second time.
The Authority confirmed that legal measures will continue to be taken against the violation as part of its plan to protect the city’s urban appearance.
