The minister emphasized that the Beit El Watan project aims to strengthen ties between Egyptians living abroad and their homeland while facilitating the construction of private residences that comply with established regulations and requirements.
He also stressed the importance of accelerating the completion of infrastructure and utility projects for the project’s land plots across the new cities, while providing necessary support to beneficiaries to ensure a smooth and efficient process.

For his part, Engineer Ahmed Rashad, Head of the New Cairo City Development Authority, explained that 22 land plots within Phase Seven have been prepared in Area A of the Al-Narges Extension, in addition to 85 plots in Area D of the same extension.
He noted that the plan to connect electricity to all project plots is progressing, encouraging landowners to cooperate and complete the required procedures to speed up development in the area.
The head of the authority urged plot owners to finalize the steps needed to include their land in the current phase of electricity installation. The plot numbers ready for connection were published on the official Facebook page of the New Cairo City Authority to help beneficiaries easily access and follow up on updates.
