The New Urban Communities Authority has announced the offering of 160 fully finished residential units in the extension of the Second District in Obour City.

The authority confirmed that registration for reservations will begin through the official website of the Housing and Development Bank at WWW.HDB-RESERVATION.COM starting Sunday, November 16, 2025, with the aim of simplifying the reservation process and providing a smooth digital experience for applicants.
