The New Urban Communities Authority has announced the offering of 160 fully finished residential units in the extension of the Second District in Obour City.
This step comes as part of the state’s efforts to support the provision of high-quality housing units at suitable prices for citizens, reinforcing social cohesion and meeting the requirements of adequate housing.
According to the official statement, units can be reserved by paying a down payment of 20% of the unit’s price, with the option to pay the remaining amount over a period of up to seven years, providing financial flexibility that enables citizens to own their homes more easily.

The authority confirmed that registration for reservations will begin through the official website of the Housing and Development Bank at WWW.HDB-RESERVATION.COM starting Sunday, November 16, 2025, with the aim of simplifying the reservation process and providing a smooth digital experience for applicants.
This offering comes within the framework of the ongoing cooperation between real estate development companies and government banks to ensure that housing units reach their rightful beneficiaries in accordance with the laws and regulations governing these procedures.
