Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, announced the launch of 25,012 new housing units starting Sunday, November 16, 2025, through the Official Egyptian Real Estate Platform.
This offering marks the second phase of the ministry’s large-scale housing plan, which includes a total of around 400,000 residential units being developed across multiple stages.
The minister noted that interested applicants can review all details related to the units, access the terms and conditions documents, and register or create personal accounts by visiting the official online link starting Wednesday, November 12, 2025.

Engineer El-Sherbiny emphasized that the ministry remains committed to implementing the directives of the political leadership to ensure decent housing for every citizen. He added that ongoing efforts focus on providing diverse housing options across various new cities while adhering to the highest standards of quality, thereby supporting the state’s goals for comprehensive urban development and reflecting the vision of the New Republic.
The minister further explained that the ministry is working to simplify application and booking procedures to ensure a smooth and organized experience for citizens throughout the process, while striving to avoid any obstacles or difficulties that applicants might encounter.
The execution period for the project is three years from the date of land handover, following final verification of the plot’s area by the city’s management authority.
