Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, has issued Ministerial Decree No. 696 of 2025 approving the detailed master plan for a land plot covering an area of 103,323.09 square meters (approximately 24.60 feddans) located in the Lotus Area, Fourth Sector, New Cairo City.
The land has been allocated to Everest Street Urban Planning Company for the development of an integrated urban project combining various uses — 50% for integrated urban development and 50% for mixed-use activities.

This project is part of the Ministry’s broader strategy to promote comprehensive urban growth in New Cairo, catering to projects that merge residential, service, and investment purposes.
The decree aims to enhance the Ministry’s efforts toward achieving balanced urban development and organized land utilization, contributing to urban and economic integration within Egypt’s new cities.
