Eng. Sherif El-Sharbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, announced the start of handing over residential land plots within the “Middle-Income Housing” project in New Fayoum City. The handover will take place for beneficiaries who completed their reservations electronically, starting Sunday, November 16, 2025, and continuing until Thursday, December 4, 2025, according to the designated schedule.
The Minister explained that the Ministry continues its efforts to implement the directives of the political leadership aimed at providing suitable housing for all citizens. He added that the Ministry is offering various land plots in different areas to give citizens the opportunity to build their own homes in accordance with approved planning and building regulations, supporting the state’s broader urban development goals and the vision of the New Republic.
In the same context, Eng. Sherif Abdel-Badie, Head of the New Fayoum City Development Authority and Supervisor of New Al-Fashn City, stated that the plots located in the Western Extension area, covering a total of 17.5 acres, will be handed over according to a specific timetable.
The handover will begin with plots numbered 1 to 10 on Sunday, November 16, 2025, followed by plots 11 to 20 on Monday, November 17, plots 21 to 30 on Tuesday, November 18, plots 31 to 40 on Wednesday, November 19, and plots 41 to 50 on Thursday, November 20.
He added that the remaining plots will continue to be handed over starting Sunday, November 23. Plots 51 to 60 will be delivered that day, followed by plots 61 to 70 on Monday, November 24, plots 71 to 80 on Tuesday, November 25, plots 81 to 90 on Wednesday, November 26, and plots 91 to 100 on Thursday, November 27. The period from Sunday, November 30 to Thursday, December 4 has been allocated for those who were unable to receive their plots during the previously scheduled dates.
